GROUP

I teach Vajrasati yoga, one-to-one, in small groups or at my drop-in classes.  I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone and teach complete beginners to those that have a regular practice.

 

Drop In : My drop in classes are accessible, friendy, informal, playful and aim to guide you with your individual practice and help you to deepen your experience of all elements of yoga based on the 8 limbs of Patanjali.

 

Group : I teach small groups in my dojo or at people's houses.  You can book classes in advance, set up short courses, or arrange a weekly class to suit you. If you'd like to arrange a class with your friends to suit your timetable, get in touch.

 

One-To-One : I work with people on a one-to-one basis at all levels of their journey into yoga. In my one-to ones, we can concentrate on areas you want to explore and create a safe space to let go.
